Design Notes

To perform genetic engineering of prophage pf4 in Pseudomonas aeruginosa PAO1, inserting wspF downstream of the PA0726

The wspF gene, a key inhibitor of the c-di-GMP pathway, was adeptly inserted within PA0726 aiming to curb biofilm formation, with its regulation finely tuned by the arabinose operon.
